We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant with experience using QuickBooks to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative duties (filing, scheduling, data entry, correspondence)

Manage accounts payable/receivable using QuickBooks

Assist with invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting

Support office management tasks as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience with QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Prior administrative or bookkeeping experience preferred

Position Type: Part Time

Location: Ronkonkoma

Compensation: $25 - $35 per/hr.
